I only ever play with squads that I have a feel for at that time. I don't fly what's right, when there's something else that interests me.

Not played in a little while, but I've used this before with mixed results. Still intrigues me though.

I do love stacking up focus on a HWK. TLT is consistent. Moralo makes up slightly for not having a K.

I have wondered about that particular choice before. It would affect how I put together rest of the squad though.

I'm not even sure if they are three ships that should be together! HWKs and Ys are two of my favourites, and I wasn't sure what else to fill the points with.

Heres some ideas:

Having a range 4 'bubble' of carnor jax is sick although mux is good too. Is blaster turret really going to be better than TLT? I've seen others use it but I think not except vs AGI 1 ships maybe. I'd swap mux out for LT palob allowing you to drop recspec and either save the points or take something else.

The Y wing makes great use of UA but if you need a point this is the place to find it. Completely filler. Now if you have an extra point R4 aggro is very good. I prefer UA on ships like EU kavil where it can be amazing but here meh.

Eval is the weakest link unfortunately although he should hit very hard for a bit. Honestly hes the most difficult to build for me because he clocks in around the same cost as a tooled up bossk who is going to be superior IMO. Consider for example bossk- predator, gunner, tactician, ion cannon is 2 pts more higher ps and will seriously cripple something setting up a nice broadside. Its either 2 stress or ion + stress which is basically 2 stress. Alternately mangler cannon although I've recently dropped cannons altogether, list dependent.

Starvipers also go very well with hwks btw, just as an alternative. More durable if built and flown well and one will draw heat from your more squishy ships and cause arc dodgers problems with their amazing dial. They eat generics for breakfast too.
