When using Diala in Campaign mode, if she is focused and uses Way of Sarlacc, does the Focus apply to all of the attacks on the adjacent figures?

In other words, I'm focused from the previous turn, I have 3 storm troopers surrounding me this turn, I use Way of Sarlacc to attack each of them. I attack Focused for all 3 attacks since its all within the same action.

Correct interpretation?

I'm inclined to think it applies to each attack since the ability is part of 1 of my two actions that round. So as long as I don't perform an action attack or perform a test first, then the Focus is available for Way of Sarlacc.

You should really have posted this question in the Rules Questions Forum, but I'll answer it anyway.

Incorrect Interpretation:

The Way of the Sarlacc card is Action + 2 strain. For each hostile figure adjacent to you, you may perform 1 attack targeting that figure with a melee weapon.

So basically each attack is a separate attack. This means that if you are focused and you trigger this ability, you will only get an extra green die for the first attack you perform in "The Way of The Sarlacc" ability.

Because after all, on the focused card, it says "After you resolve an attack or attribute test, discard this card".

yeah. only get the Focus for the first attack, then it goes away.
