And, even though Wave 8 should be awesome in itself and for the game, what I'm really looking forward to is Imperial Veterans. Defenders, Defenders everywhere! Well, three per build at the most, but still... :-)

Well, I won't be buying food.

My birthday was in October when they announced Wave 8. I ordered one of each. I still have some Xmas money and am waiting for Imperial Vets. I want to get that through local store, though, to make sure I buy through them.

I'm most excited about Dengar. I dug into him some since starting X-wing a few years ago and really like the character. I'm not one for fat turrets, but I really want to play him for the character.

I also am looking forward to the TAP V1 and will probably order a second. Heck....I might even order more, but we shall see.

I'll probably pull out the Ghost with my son as we love Rebels. I'll let him play the Ghost and I'll let him win. I want to try the scenarios in that box set, too. I hope they are fun.

Looking forward to Imperial Vets, as well.

Until wave 9 previews are up everything is pre-ordered or already in my box.

Yeah, I really hope the Ghost scenarios are geared towards kids and just having fun. And honestly, I hope they put in extra just for that one ship.

Definitely 2 x Jumpmaster 5000s. I'm going to run a pair of them in testing for sure. Also 1 TIE Advanced Prototype. It remains to be seen on the others.

The new ships are all well and good, but I can't wait for my 16-pocket mini-American card pages to get here.

The eighth wave of starship expansions for X-Wing™ is now just a few weeks away!

Featuring the protagonists and villains of Star Wars Rebels, as well as a few of the galaxy's deadliest bounty hunters, the Rebel, Imperial, and Scum expansions for Wave VIII are scheduled to arrive at retailers throughout the United States on Thursday, March 17th.

Looks like we are officially able to purchase in March... on St. Patrick's day, no less! Maybe I should paint something green for the occasion...

I don't play Rebels, and there aren't a ton of universal upgrades in the Ghost that I'm drooling over, so I'll probably buy one of each of the other three ships. On the very rare occasion I need Dorsal Turrets or a Thermal Detonator, I'll borrow from a friend who has them.

Just to add insult to injury for us, the release it on a goddamn public holiday when the shop will be closed...

Im getting EEEVERYOONE! Most likely two TIE AP's and two or three Jumpmasters... Because flying 3 sounds like fun. I'm at a wait-and-see for the "scum b-wing" to determine if I want more than one of them. .. Also don't see buying more than one Ghost... regardless of how good the shuttle is.
