So... now that we are halfway through with this month and release date rumors are popping up, what are you planning on buying in March 2016?

As for me, the new stuff is going to be iffy, but I'm pulling in some key pieces for my on-the-table list:

New Core Set - I need Poe and the updated damage deck... and might as well get a few dice to gift to the younger generation to keep them playing me

T-70 X-Wing - I need Red Ace

K-Wing - Late to the TLT game, but I need to upgrade my stressyion to a real stresshog

I've been putting these off because I needed the Most Wanted that finally came back in stock last month, autothrusters, crackshot, etc... and I managed to get a lot of that along with a Starfield playmat last month. So now, I'm looking forward to my next paycheck.

Do I want the VCX-100? Sure... it will look great, but I'm not going to fly it anytime soon... hmm... except at a store demo or something... mostly I consider it a recruitment piece for the moment, same as the Millennium Falcon. All kids want to fly those two ships...

Do I want more Scum and Villainy? Yep, but I don't have a list I'm sold on putting on the table currently. I have some and will get more and more and more. This month, is the month of the Rebel for me!

I am a collector (ok...a hoarder) and have minimum two of every ship with as many as 8 of a few others. In light of that, it probably comes as no shock that I am buying 2 of everything in the next wave with 3 of the Inquisitor's Tie and 3 of the Mist Hunter expansions.

Do I need anywhere near that many? Nope. But Whateves.....

1 Jumpmaster, 1 Mist Hunter, 1Ghost, 2 Tie Advanced Prototype and Star Wars Rebellion.

I usually get 1 or 2 ship at each tournament, if only to support the FLGS that is hosting the event.

That being said, I've got a Ghost and TIE Advanced Prototype preordered. My sons will get a kick out of flying them.

The list of ships I don't own yet is shockingly small (many, many mistakes were made), but I know the TIE Advanced is up there, again, my sons would get a kick out of flying Vader. The Rebel Y-Wing and Rebel Aces at some point too, and the Mist Hunter and JumpMaster, I guess.

I've pre-ordered the Ghost and the Inquisitor's TIE, because I want to build lists around them for the Hangar Bay side events at the Yavin Open. Beyond that, I've just taken a massive pay cut to go to working three days a week rather than five, so... probably not much more, unless I do well in store tournaments and have lots of store credit to spend. My birthday's in a couple of months, so I can expect a Mist Hunter and Punishing One then.

Unfortunately, I don't even have 1 of everything out already. So I'll probably be catching up on that in March (to some extent at least).

My Wave 8 preorder is already in: 1 Jumpmaster, 2 Mist Hunter, 1 Ghost, 2 Tie Advanced Prototype as well as another pair of TIE F/O and another T-70. That should do me for a while. Hopefully.

Wow... that's a good mixed with bad deal! I would love to work three days per week, but my wife would not be happy which would end my X-Wing obsession. On the other hand, going to the Yavin Open (or any of them) would be really cool and I think the Hangar Bay events are going to be pretty awesome! Good luck there!

Thanks. The three days thing also comes with working from home (which my good lady, who also works from home, is delighted about!) so that we can move back to Scotland in the near-ish future. The other two days are still working days, but freelance writing rather than the day job (which is, er, also writing). So the financial situation isn't actually that bad, but I can't go splashing out like I have in the past couple of years, sadly.

I'll retract my previous "meh" statements on the Jumpmaster purchase now that the preview has dropped goodies galore. Definitely picking one of those up now.

I'll get one Mist Hunter for now. That might increase later.
