Ok. The match hoes to time, the YV-666 had been destroyed, the pup is still on the table, but so is Xizor. Does my opponent get half the MOV of the YV or all of it?

Your opponent gets full points for destroying the YV-666, and the Nashtah Pup counts as 0 points for MOV purposes. The only time the Nashtah Pup counts for MOV is if it's the only ship left on the table. In that case, it counts as 1 point, so the owner of the Pup will earn a 101-99 victory.
