So in honor of Valentine's Day, one of my local stores is hosting a special tournament today. It's "couples night," meaning we can bring 2 and only 2 ships, and we're limited to 80 points. Here's the squads I'm leaning towards now:

List 1:

Poe Dameron - VI, R2-D2, Engine Upgrade - 40 points

Miranda Doni - TLT, Jan Ors, Advanced SLAM - 39 points

List 2:

Emon Azzameen - Mangler Cannnon, Seismic Charges (x2), Gunner, Andrasta, Engine Upgrade

Hired Gun (y-wing) - TLT, Unhinged Astromech

I was able to run both of these squads this week against my wife who played a chubby Han (Gunner, 3-PO, EU) + naked A-wing list, and I won each time. The first list was more dominant, the 2nd was more fun to play (and closer).

The only thing that makes me nervous about these builds is facing a PS11 Vader, which I can't run because I don't have the Raider expansion with the TIE Advanced upgrades.
