So I was tinkering with a list that has Palpatine in an Omicron Shuttle and Wampa together as the core, trying to figure out what to add to it. I liked the idea of a typical Vader to hunt aces and arc dodge, but couldn't figure out a fourth ship... until I was flipping through the TIE/fo pack and saw Zeta Leader.
Yes, Omega Leader is all the rage with Juke/Comm Relay, but Zeta Leader can roll 4 dice at range one and do it with a Focus or when TL'ed, maximizing Palpatine's utility. Also, he doesn't require 5 points of gear to make him good, he's solid out of the box - or nearly.

VI is on Zeta Leader to help deal with Miranda and other high PS TLT users hopefully before they get a shot off - tag teaming them with Vader at close range it shouldn't be too bad. I could drop it for an init bid, but I think it's a good idea.
Wampa + Palpatine GUARANTEES at least one damage dealt with him a turn, possibly more; it also turns Wampa into a super-threat that draws a lot of fire for a 14-point ship. Since he can always Evade or Barrel Roll to arc dodge since he's got the emperor backing him up, he should also have some survivor's luck.
