I think I would replace the omega squadron with a black squadron so that Omega Ace can have PTL. Remember they don't have to have the ability to Target lock in order for Jendon to give them a token. It might even be worth losing the HLC too so that you can run the standard Omega leader. Something like

Omega Leader 21, Juke 2, Comm Relay 3

Omega Ace 20, PTL 3, Engine Upgrade 4

Black Squad 14, Crack Shot 1

I put the engine upgrade on the ace because on turns you get a lock from jendon you can ptl to get point blank because 3 auto crits is better then 2.
