Can Vader use Squad with both of his actions? Or is this not allowed because you are performing the same action twice?

If the card says "Action: xxxx" then no. If the card says "... once per round" then no. Else, yes.

Squad Leader is an "Action:" header card, so it counts as an action in itself, and no one can do the same action more than once during a round.

Got it! Makes complete sense. Thanks for the timely response.

We had a guy here that thought if he put Push the Limit on Vader, he could do an evade action three times and end up with three evade tokens each round. He was gutted when I informed him that even the mighty Sith Lord couldn't break the "same action more than once" rule.
