This is the trouble I'm in. I have a squad with 24 points remaining. I have an 'ace' (Corran w/ vet. inst., fire control, R2-D2), a blocker (z-95 bandit), and a solid 'filler' ship (rookie X-wing w/ R4-D6 and int. Astro.) Now here's my conundrum: there's SO many options with 24 points left: gold y-wing + TLT, green a-wing + goodies, 'shock' HWK (rebel op. w/ TLT + tact.), just to name a few that I'm considering. So this leads me to ask the 'collective', for 24 points what would you add? Help a fellow pilot out please.

But the A-Wing above is a great suggestion too.
I prefer two more Zs for blockparty.
I also think to start with a pair of Bandits.
I think we should take a moment and tip our hats to a great design team. Here we are with a 'good' problem to have, SO many options. Good feedback too. Corran + 4(!) ships. Wow.

My go-to 24 points was always a Blue Squadron B-Wing with FCS. Gold with TLT is the value option I hit against most often, and tends to do a number on the B-Wing.
I'm liking loaded As lately though. Gemmer with Lone Wolf and AT has been putting in some serious work as a flanker for me lately.

A bit obsolete now, as Crackshot or Juke are much better options for that 2nd EPT.
Green Squadron Pilot (PTL, Juke, Autothrusters, Refit, Title) for 24 points of Low ps turret-hunter, disturbing blocker and even capable of dealing some pain around.
Or replace Wired for Juke for a more defensive build, and 1 pt for initiative or use it elsewhere
Two more Z-95's are good. But you also might upgrade that Rookiee Pilot to Biggs and then take a PTL/Chardaan Green Squadron A-wing. Biggs with R4-D6 and Integrated is great protection.

It regularly does. I usually run it beside Poe and Ello. I let them hunt the aces while Gemmer chases turrets or flankers, deploying usually offset centre of the table, using the rocks for extra cover on approach at R2. Cheap, but surprisingly effective.

Stressbot is basically auto include in rebel lists imo until something crazy makes running ships that like actions unpopular. It's just such a workhorse and imperial aces suddenly have a huge arc they can't enter without dying shortly after.
If you dont' want to cut 2 points for a stresshog, you could upgrade R4 to R3-A2. And with the remaining 23 points, I would look at a Green w/ PTL, Crack, AT.
