Quick question I hope you can help with. When it says I can "draw" an extra card, does that mean I get to put any Agenda card of any XP value into my hand? Or does that mean I get to put a 5th card out to choose from? Or something else?

It gives you an extra card to choose from, drawing five instead of four. Considering how rarely you draw or aquire agenda cards, this is *very useful.
