I think you need a slot for the ship identity token, but that's me nitpicking. Looks great.

You can never have 4 command tokens with the current ships, so you could probably use that 4th slot for the ship identifier. The size might not quite be right, but it's close. I look forward to nabbing a few of these from you when I get home Boagrius

I thought an isd could take 4 tokens since it has a command value of 4

No we have not yet. Just trying to perfect the ship trays. What would you want on it?

What if you have more than four upgrades? You could do a little addon that sits next to it to take a couple more.

It looks like each slot is a bit bigger than the upgrade card itself, so you could probably stack them to a degree. So long as the title is visible, most upgrades are pretty simple, and don't need the exact wording referenced often.

A single squadron is never more than a card and two defense tokens. Not much worth there, unless he's talking about having a few squadrons packed together. I can see the value of having 4-6 squadron card slots with defense token slots below each card.

I'd say two. Five upgrades isn't that uncommon, but seven or more? You could always use two of the expansions if you needed that many.

If the main Deck holder came without upgrades and allowed you to clip on upgrades slots of 2 at a time i would be interested. This would allow less space to be wasted and let you customize appropriately.

I also agree with having the ship identifier slot.
