No one seems to know. I'm talking bombs, not mines with Actions:

I have checked the Q&A area, and cannot find anything. People in Emails each have different rulings. I know you do not reveal a dial when Ioned.

Some say you have to reveal a dial so you cannot, Others say sure:

The card states:

To drop a bomb take the 1 maneuver template and slide it in the rear guides of your ship place the bomb token indicated on the upgrade card into the play area and slide the guide of the token into the opposite end of the template.

No where does it say reveal a dial to do so? Trying to understand the rules here, because I plan on using bombers and want to be fair.

Where does it say you cannot drop a bomb, because you don't reveal a dial? I cannot find it.

first clause of seismic charge is "when you reveal your maneuver dial"

the second is "you may discard this card to drop 1 seismic charge token."

It's on the bomb card. Which one are you looking at?

Seismic Charges, Ion Bombs, and Proton Bombs all start with WHEN YOU REVEAL YOUR MANEUVER DIAL.

Oh Jeez. it's on the actual upgrade card? I didn't even think to look there, I figured it would be on the drop bomb rules.
