I have a huge problem of getting my mind around the minor psychic power called "Flashbang". Is this really centred on the psyker and everyone (friend or foe) in 20m suffers the effects? Not very team friendly, is it?

That sounds right to me. Psykers, to my knowledge, have never been accused of being all that team friendly after all ;-)

Same with the Fearful Aura power, it's not the best power to be using around friendlies.
