Ok, so I'm looking to find a tarot deck with imagery similar to DH to use as a prop for my players. Any recommendations? I'm not looking so much for same style of art (though if John Blanche has illustrated a deck please let me know where I can get one!!!!) as the same themes in the artwork.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
this has come up a few times, check out deviant art for Emperors Tarot, or to be quicker about it, poip it in to the forum search engine and it'll be found linked in a few threads here 
Here's a few I found on Acclectic Tarot that might work as the Emperor's Tarot or giveyou some ideas as to where else to look.
Deviant Moon
This one is just strait up weird. Looks like it would be great to look through and it definitly has an alien not a tarot deck from Kansas feel to it, but I don't know how well it would stand up to being the Emperor's tarot...
Cruel Thing
This one seems to have some of the feel of the 40k universe, of course, that just might be the cards all being printed in white, black, and red -rather reminiscent of the old USSR propaganda art which fits well into 40k. The image of Justice just strikes me as being terribly 40k for some reason.
The Necronomicon Tarot
This one is fairly traditional looking, but with an apparent twist to the cards. The horror theme might work for 40k but, again, as the Tarot of the Emperor, I don't know for sure that it would hold true. However the imagery seems to fit decently into the 40k universe for being fairly traditional.
Vertigo Tarot
With art by Dave MacKean of course. And that being the case, it would work as the Emperor's tarot on it's shear odd look alone. It wouldn't seem to belong to any era, the art wouldn't be overtly sinister, but still would have a dark enough vibe to them to fit into the Imperium. Could work... and it has Dave MacKean art.
An old-fashioned tarot deck with classic medieval imagery is probably your best bet honestly.
The deck I would personally reccomend is the Tarot of the Holy Grail published by Lo Sacarabeo in Italy
