So I think I will dub this my competitive list.

Poe Dameron- Autothrusters, Predator, R5-P9, Weapons Guidance (41)

Dash Rendar- Engine Upgrade, Outrider, Push the Limit, Mangler Cannon, Cluster Missiles, Kyle Katarn (59)

This is so far an edit from what I started from. Initially when I first made the list I have Veteran Instincts on Poe, Heavy Laser Cannon and Proton Rockets on Dash (everything still is the same). I honestly don't like having the initiative, so that's why I try to stay at 100pts even. Only in 40k do I want to go first. Reason why I swapped VI for Predator was I'd rather Poe going at 8 and rerolling a missed or focus shot, but not afraid to go back. I'm also consider changing Autothrusters to another Modification. Reason why I swapped the HLC with a Mangler was becasue I don't like it when some gets behind me and I can't shoot so tossed between the two. Cluster Missiles just to fill points, and for any poor sod to get in front of Dash. So.... what do you guys think, I want to know, want to hear opinions. I wouldn't like the initiative bid though, but maybe I'll give it a try.

Switch to HLC and don't let anyone get behind you. Having VI on Poe is too good to pass up; rerolling is nice, but moving after and shooting before PS 9 aces is even better.

No offense but the way you built this it's just a weaker version of the classic 58Dash/42Corran. Give Poe R2D2/Vi, thats by far the most solid choice in the current meta with lots of stress and ps9/10. PS8 is one of the worst places to be right now, no kidding.

Then you can easily give Dash a HLC and drop the cluster missiles. The last 4 points do as you please, Weapons Guidance and a small init bid is decent or something like flechettes on Poe to give him a little control.
