Don't underestimate having the latest version printed out .. I find it easier to flip thru actual paper than my phone, and sometimes easier to share, and easier to read for some..

I think the problem is less people who don't check the FAQ before posting a question (and may not know it exists, etc.), but more people who think they should post "answers" to those questions without checking the FAQ or reading cards first...
