Hi all,
Need advice on the last few points of my list for an upcoming Store Tourney. So far I have:
Corran Horn +R2-D2 + FCS
Blue Squadron Pilot + Ion Cannon
Poe + VI + Auto
For the last 3 points on Poe, should I stick with VI + Autothrusters or swap those out for R5-P9? I like high pilot skill and protection from turrets on Poe but I would also like the regen
If you want to fly those three pilots together I would drop the ion cannon and give Corran VI. With the remaining 2 points I'd either give Poe a droid (such as BB-8) or swap the thrusters for an integrated astromech and give him R5-P9, which synergies well with his ability. Having two strong regenerating ships can mess with target priority (though Corran will usually be public enemy #1), but really either one of them in a 1-on-1 end game will usually be in your favor.

Poe is my flanker and I put wired in case he do T-rolls or get stressed by stress bots. Don't have R5p9 and VI yet to try that build.

I've been thinking the same for Poe! Since I like to fly through debris fields and do a Talon Roll at the same time!
I used similar squadron on a small tournament once. Instead of B-wing I chose A-wing prototype. That left me enough points to give Corran PTL, R2-D2, FCS and hull upgrade, and Poe VI, R5-P9 and as far as I remember autothrusters, leaving me 1 point initiative bid (99/100).
The team performed well, taking out brobots 2 times in a row. I lost only to super Dash and Corran.
