Thanks for your answers. I really like Tactician and Glitterstim, so I'll throw him in instead of the Navigator, also the change to Pirates is nice. So now I'm going with the list below, however I now have 4 free point from the Z-95's. Would an Ion Cannon or 2 Seismic Charges or something else be the better choice?

I like the Ion Cannon, too. You need answers to certian aces, and it's kind of a small ship meta. Tactician + Ion Cannon can hit Poe even if both his green dice work their magic, then you can feed him to your Z-95s on the subsequent turn. It's also worth noting that 48pts worth of Zs and 51pts worth of Boba gives you a 1pt bid against enemy Poe. The Ion Cannon and Tactician are really about enabling the Zs here.
The Ion Cannon will probably never hit Soontir Fel, but the Tactician along with PS10 gives him enough to worry about. Now you have a solid plan against some of the aces in the meta. For Vader? ...block well.
Personally I would go with Cluster Missiles over 2 Seismics or Ion Cannon.
Being able to double-stress in this meta is very important.
I've gone 20-3 with that build.

The Y's may not be stresshogs like their rebel counterparts, but they still punish anyone getting close enough so that Boba can clean them up.
If you really want the extra stress, switch to Hawks...
