What's the upside? What's the downside? Usually in testing, Gideon and C-3PO focus Luke and Leia round one, then round two they Focus either one that's closest and then Loku. Send the medical droid with the twins, then send both snipers with R2-D2 to gain a terminal. So far it's been working well, but I am starting to wonder if I've just been white die lucky.

Looks interesting. And I like the Luke+Leia+MHD combo. Plus you've got Gideon and C-3PO handing out focus, R2-D2 drawing cards and presumably it's fairly easier to search up Son of Skywalker and cycle it through again, maybe?

The problem I see though is that whilst you've got a good number of activations, you've only got 8 figures and no groups of generics. Also R2-D2 doesn't often attack or do damage and C-3PO doesn't attack. So you've only got 6 figures that are attacking. You may struggle in terms of numbers and objectives. Plus, as we know, all uniques have much worse ratio of HP to points, than generics - you've only got 47 total HP.

If I have a spy in my list, especially in your case where they're both very important figures, I like to try and fit in this card:

It's really devious and can save one of your figures from certain death in the right situation. Well worth it to keep Leia or Loku on the board a few rounds longer.

If you want a strong squad then I'd suggest dropping Mak and Loku...that's 7pts of low-power attackers. You could replace them with elite Saboteurs, which are far more effective.

I came up with that exact list except Gideon had a diplomatic mission and used balance of the force for the last point (so no Rebel High Command). I liked it - it was fun having so many activations and Luke and Leia are strong as long as you don't run to far forward with Leia. But I ended up dropping Loku and Mak (I really want to make Loku work sometime) and the balance of the force to get in a set of elite echo base troopers. That's what I played in a tourney and took third playing the list for the first time. MHD is a lot of fun - people complained about Luke taking more than two lives worth of damage every game
