Welcome to Onderon OOC thread.
Just whafrog and tinkerghost left to post and then I'll put up the IC thread.
If we have a Sentinel:Artisan, it looks like a dedicated medic/knowledge guy might be useful. There's some good Presence already.
I'm looking at Colonist:Politico+Doctor (for the 30XP), or Diplomat:Agitator+Doctor. Or a Cerean Soldier:Medic (because Cereans get all Knowledge skills as career skills). I think I'd like the Agitator/Doctor, because who doesn't love a good Scathing Tirade...? But, preferences?
Another might be a Consular Healer, if you can handle another Force user.
Edited by whafrogNarratively, I like the idea of a Cerean Medic. However, I think the politico/doctor combo works the best. You'll have the benefit of getting both the social/combat talent chains and save some xp while staying in-career.

I can handle it but only one force power max.
Tush may not be trained in all the social skills yet, but with a Presence of 4 it's likely he will climb the command chain. I haven't decided yet, but Propogandist and Ambassador could be good. I haven't got Lead by Example yet, the Figurehead may be good too but I'm not sure. I'll have in in the next week or so.
Out of curiosity, will it hinder his diplomatic efforts much not being able to speak basic?
That's what the Brawl skill is for
I'll pick up a pet protocol droid eventually if need be, otherwise it's a Destiny Point flip to make sure the person understands me!
It's more about being reluctantly pushed to the front, when he would much rather be in the trenches. But people like him so much they tend to do what he asks no matter what.

Yeah, I'm thinking Presence is well represented, so I'll probably ignore the left side of Politico. Adding Doctor leaves me spread a bit thin at first, but it should work out.

I have tinkered a bit. I dropped the Brawn from 3 back to 2. Being brawny just didn't fit my vision of a young, agile hunter hiding in the shadows, even if it is probably a very good choice to increase soak, wounds and melee capability. Just didn't feel right. I spent the 30 xp on delving deeper into the talent tree, as well as taking the talent I can't belief I overlooked, Expert Tracker.

You know the Agitator is pretty good at Scathing Tyrade too?
Yep, I'd prefer that but it's hard to fit with Doctor, and Doctor by itself is too boring.
True, it's a tricky fit: Intelect, Cunning & Willpower.
I like the idea of a "Suck it Up Buddy" doctor, the medics "it's not that bad" is a great talent for it too.
Okay, here's Fenris Cane, Togruta Politico/Doctor: http://swsheets.com/c/9anfjpvxl-fenris-cane
Haven't had time to work up a story yet, I'm thinking a kind of "Doctors without Borders", but more activist.
I like it! The bad cop to Tush the good cop!

That's kind of why I wanted Agitator...all those ranks of "Intimidating" ![]()
Tush is finished now too, 30xp to get Side Step, Swift (very fitting for a Wookiee and one of the reasons I actually took that species) and a single rank in Ranged Light from basic training (still not a talented marksman, but knows the basics).

Warden/Protector would have worked too, but I like your non-force user method personally
I want to try waiting in plain sight of who ever is coming towards us, near some tools preferably. Then when they arrive here Tush will start giving out orders to check the coms line, but not in the area we cut.
Where does the line go by the way?
All along the wall , you will need to make a average Deception chek with 2 setback because you are a wookie. then after you've rolled please narrate Tush's action in the IC thread.
Edited by SHADOWGUARD CHAMPIONI think the Wookiee's going to need some help to be convincing. I pretend to be the one being "ordered". If there are any tools nearby I grab one.
3 failures, 1 advantage ![]()
Plus a boost from Fenris
2 more advantage
I spent a maneuver to get close to them, action to try the deception, then used 2 advantage for a free second maneuver to duck for cover. 3rd advantage to give the NPC's a setback
