Alternative Takes on Star Wars
These actually look more like our game than the movies do.
I'm tempted to steal some of these ideas.
But then I'm unhappy we never really saw 1313, which had a much more 'EoE' feel than anything I had seen before:

And Maelora i didn't know about 1313, but the art is awesome. It can really be a great source of ispiration for an urban adventure setting on normal EotE adventures. Or it can be a follow up to Under the Black Sun.....
Some of the Alternate takes might have been fun.
As for 1313 I might have liked it had i come out and come out in a different era. By the time it was announced I had already declared a boycott on buying new Star Wars console and PC games until there was a new space focused one though.
Don't forget the cancelled Maul game. It's a pity that the quality of Star Wars dropped so much.
As for the alternate takes, about the only one that works for me is the Blade Runner one. Basically the quintessential Edge group right there.
1313 plays very much to what our game looks like - darker and more dystopian than canon, much like Omega from Mass Effect or 'Nowhere' from Guardians of the Galaxy. Most things are shades of grey, with the returned Jedi Order as the main antagonists, a disintegrating Empire leaving chaos in its wake as law and order breaks down, the Alliance struggling to maintain its moral high ground, and a very successful 'scum and villainy' faction as a shadowy Illuminati...
The players are (for the most part) still meant to be the good guys, but it's much harder to know who to trust.
I admit that I wasn't too fussed when 1313 was retconned to star Boba Fett. I'd have vastly preferred a new protagonist like Kyle Katarn was in Dark Forces; something new without any baggage. But the visuals and 'Blade Runner' vibe were fantastic, a seedy underbelly we don't see too often in Star Wars but is wholly appropriate to 'Edge of the Empire' games. This is the world my players move in - neon lights, shady deals, spice and sin, desperation and amorality. These pictures were ideal for getting that imagery across.

Yup, going to have to second that one!
Also the Wild West one looks fun.
And I could definately see myself giving my players an alternate timeline to play in where everything was Feudal Japan.
Or where Boba Fett killed EVERYBODY!
