My frined and I have been working on a Orc faction for home brew use, he has some pewter orc miniatures we are going to use.
this is just stuff we currently have lots of stuff we need to change to make it feel new and differnt
Race Ability: Ruthless- Hand to when engaging in hand to hand (close) combat if your unit has more figures in it that the defender roll one additional die. Ignore this ability if the unit is Bold. Range weapons do not benefit from this ability.
for the 3 basic troops (Green, Blue and Red) swordsmen I have the basics
Green: move 2 combat
Blue Move 1 combat, move 2 no combat
Red Move 1 and combat
Cavalry
Green Timber Wolf Riders - Move 3 and Combat
Blue Timber Wolf Riders - Move 2 and Combat
Ignores all penalties from forrest Hexes
Archers - Same

Replace 1 red banner foot units
If this unit has moved and is attacking a foot unit all flags rolled are counted as hits.
Orc Axemen
replace 1 or 2 blue/red units with prespective colors
hand to hand and range weapon of 2 ( roll 2 dice when throwing)
Orc Broad Sword -
Replace 1 Blue/Red with perspective colors
If a Orc Broad sword unit rolls 2 or more of the same banner color that is not of the target it counts as a hit.
Example: A red banner Orc Broad sword is attack a blue banner human foot soldier
