By comatose, in Star Wars: Armada

I'm going to give a shot at live broadcasting from the store championship with Periscope.

Start time is 1pm Central time.

Noice!

Good luck out there!

We ended up with 5 players, and I tallied 30 tournament points to win.

Game 1 vs. Akbar on Home One, Assault Frigate, and MC-30 plus handful of squadrons. I won as Player 1, 490 to 26.

Objective: Superior Positions

Game 2 vs. Dodonna on Salvation Nebulon-B, 3x CR-90, 2x MC-30 with two YT-2400. I won as Player 2, 480 to 119.

Objective: Contest Outpost

Game 3 vs. Akbar on Home One, Assault Frigate, and MC-30. All Christmas trees of upgrades. I won as Player 1, 286-82.

Objective: Most Wanted (which we forgot the bonus die on anyone's ships until near end of Turn 5.

My list:

AF B with Dodonna, Boosted Comms, Flight Controllers, ECM, XX-9

AF A with Walex Blissex, ECM, XX-9

Yavaris Nebulon-B Escort Frigate with Raymus Antilles, Slaved Turrets

Keylan, 2x B-Wing, Luke, X-Wing, Jan Ors, A-Wing

Objectives: Precision Strike, Contested Outpost, Dangerous Territory

Total points: 398

With three objectives collecting victory points, my plan was to gain enough victory points to make the loss of one ship much less painful on MoV. It worked well.

Should post on youtube also. Hate the lack of being able to rewind and such. Also youtube lets be broadcast to the large screen tv for replays

Good job

Thanks! Periscope has a slider that lets you move back and forth in the video timeline. It doesn't look like Periscope offers a way to download the video though, so I can't repost to YouTube. I might try out the YouTube video streamer at a later point if I can do that my phone, too.

I tried to find the slider only to spam hearts on the one video. Was watching from my phone

Hold down on the video and then the slider appears. I did the same thing when I first tried. ;)
