I'm a Huge fan of Whisper and I've built this list for an upcoming Store Tournament around her and I hope it's going to be competitive, let me know what you guys think? Have you got any ideas or criticisms that could help me in my first Tournament game?

Total: 97 Points for a 3 point Initative Bid

Probably put VI on Carnor Jax and still go with a 98 point bid?

I would personally favor Push the Limit on Jax over the steath Device.

Then, I would consider taking a second Intelligent Agent on the Shuttle to get even more information for Whisper.
