I think that this is a fun idea! If you're serious and really want to make this work, then surely there will need to be a committee involved, criteria and qualifications as well as categories to be nominated for. Player performance should be #1 for sure, Heaver and Kinney being world champs, sure, but I think that this should be reserved for truly elite/outstanding/consistent performances. Nominations/inductions should be limited to preserve the meaningfulness of it all.

Outside of strictly performance, I would definitely want major/notable contributors to the game recognized. I think that KillerArdvark and Mu0n should be at the top of that list for all of the work they've put into enriching this experience for everyone, both online and off...and there are definitely others that I have made similar contributions that I am not aware of.

I think something like this would be fun, but I also think it should be structured and have a governing body. Keep it meaningful.

I think this is a dumb idea, the game is still too young and very USA centered. Do i think Paul Heaver is a great player sure i do, but winning Worlds which isn't really a "Worlds" championship shouldn't be the only criteria to vote someone into the HOF.
