I think if you had a Mic and provided a commentary it would give a little more context to those that maybe are unfamiliar with Vassal. Also, if the players were called in on Skype or something it would be great to hear the interaction, assuming they agree to have their voices broadcast.
I have a mic, and have been giving commentary? I'm not sure why you weren't getting volume, but everyone else seemed to be getting it.
I think the live stream went well. Looking forward to (hopefully - schedule permitting) live stream the Semi-Finals and Final!
So from what I heard and saw it was pretty good.
Biggest pros: Layout, I really liked how the screen was laid out. Made everything nice and easy to see.
Critiques: the commentary was good but the sound quality was a bit mediocre, this might not be fixiable at the moment but worth mentioning. Otherwise it is important to be continuously talking (or else I the viewer get bored) now you did a fairly good job but there is room for improvement here
The last bit is I had no way of knowing how many hitpoints (shield and hull) the ships the had since I was watching from my phone and couldn't access vassal. This can be fixed by putting another textbox up with the info. Alternatively if you don't want to take the time to do that more frequent verbal updates are good.
Additional thoughts: I think it may be a good idea to have a seperate window witch shows the players lists witch you can flip on during lulls shuch as between turns/ during breaks etc to remind us and show new viewers what everthing has

Biggs, I tried to find the game, but there seems to be no replay, Twitch says there is nothing to display. Is that right, or something wrong with my settings?

never mind, Biggs, just saw your other post where you say it didnt save. Very very unfortunate, so much to learn from those games, but thx for all the effort!

I have figured out how to save videos going forward. That being said, the last one is still gone forever. Sorry, that's why we do a test.
