Nothing too elaborate...just take out this patrol, and return to the ISD wearing their armour, free Queg, take munitions, etc. Can anyone jam comms?
The Shadows Mark OOC
Ooh, it's possible, let's get through this squad first.
So are you wanting to turn this into hostile negotiations? Or is Lalam going to let the talkers talk a bit more?
If the talkers are talking it's Naughts turn to act, otherwise it's end of encounter, strain recovery with another Initiative roll to see who's the fastest draw in the west.
Are we even aware of what happened to Queg? It sounds like the talking is about to become irrelevant, and I'm not sure what Larik's endgame was anyway.
At any rate, I don't think Naught's got anything to say at the moment, as she'll be looking for cues from Larik, so I'm going to bed. If the word in the morning is that we're breaking out the guns, I'll roll initiative in the morning. Otherwise, I'll see if I can come up with something to say.
All you guys know is Queg said goodbye, followed by static.
The Imperial Comander in front of you is willing to strike up a deal for the slaves, he seems to need help accessing parts of his ship and is probably willing to give you some of the gear that you gain access to for your help.

If Larik wants to talk, Lalam will stifle a yawn and let him
But at this point if we stick with the merchant/slave plan, Queg will be incarcerated (at best) and I still owe him for some goggles.
I'm surprised he didn't get outright executed for murdering a commanding officer
Especially since hes an alien
Edited by ProphytNow that wouldn't be much fun would it, he hasn't turned to the Dark Side yet!
Hahaha. Well, unless an Inquisitor is around to prevent him from dying during his incarceration, I don't think he has much of a chance. At least until his acquaintances arrive and tell him he's stupid for attacking a full camp of Imperials on his own
Hey, at least Queg got his mark. They may be angry with Queg, but they are not dumb.
Small victories
Alright, depending on how we want to play this, Naught is either playing for time while the others collect themselves enough to pull off an ambush, or getting us access to the ship so that we can confirm what happened to Queg. I'm good either way.
I think I know what Larik will say
How much Strain is regained upon waking?
Queg is feeling remarkably good when he wakes up
Wait, so all strain?
Yep... Average Knowledge Xenology, 1 Setback, please.
What the heck is that smell? : 1eA+1eP+2eD+1eS 0 successes, 2 threat
I'll chalk that up to the smell
Ok, CCS Discipline, this is a rather frightening situation for Queg.
Ok so Queg is suffering from Fear for the next bit. Feel free to craft something into the IC, I'll post further direction in an hour or so.
That's going to be a Hard Stealth, upgraded once with a setback for Fear and Boost for the dark. I'm going to flip a DP as well to make the check DCCSB
Actually add 1 more boost for the fact the thing is sleeping
Larik, Naught and Lalam have some time to chat on the way to the ISD, probably 20min or so, if you would like to plot and plan.
Sneaky, sneaky : 2eA+3eP+2eB+1eD+2eC+1eS 3 failures, 4 advantage, 1 Despair
I think this is where Queg gets eaten
