Hmm, good question. a quick glance shows this is an isolated building, possibly repaired some time in the past.

Average Streetwise or Perception for you to notice more, quickly. Upgraded once and with a Setback for the speed in which you need to make a decision. (DCS)

As far as the Wookiee goes, I was concerned more about generating Conflict than the actual safety of the Trandoshan, honestly, but we can possible get information out of him...also, we retrofitted one of the spare personnel quarters on our own ship to be a prison cell, so why not use it. Also, I had to tell the Wookiee (and his player) that Jek (my Jedi) would attack him if the prisoner ended up "accidentally" dying.
