Naught can take a stab at healing that critical injury.

Can I try to recover Strain?
yep. but dont worry, this will be an "end of session" so its just wounds and crits that matter
This Stealth check is purely for flavor reasons. If it succeeds, awesome; if it fails, we all get to have a laugh and Queg's expense |D
*is smacked in the back of the head by an angry Rodian*
The check is versus Larik's Perception (he, Lalam, and the Krogans have the same Perception rating, but Larik didn't know Queg was out there until Lalam said something). I'm adding 2 setback die for the heightened adrenaline everyone in the camp is no doubt still "suffering" from.
Something about sneaking over a pile of rubble and accidentally sliding down the other side? Looked cool doing it but definitely not stealthy?

That's way better than what I originally posted lol.

That's one of the things I'm really beginning to enjoy about PBP games is the collaborative way they can come together.
Once everyone has reintroduced each other then you can all go back to bed, perhaps with someone else on watch. It's been a long day for all of you.
Larik, Naught and Khit have 30xp for that session
Queg and Lalam can have 30xp for that exiting entrance and loss of a ship due to good story telling.
Larik, Naught and Khit need to roll Morality, I'm torn as to whether Queg and Lalam should roll, there was good moral choice there, but it was only one encounter so I'm thinking of rolling it over into the next session, if that's ok with the two of you.
New Destiny Pool rolls will be needed too.
Edited by RichardbuxtonI don't think Queg's Morality got triggered, since he fired at the mysterious figure before he knew their identity, however I do need to roll conflict for Queg for that same action. (unless rolling conflict is rolling Morality lol)
So I'll roll that and destiny look here shortly. If this is considered downtime, I'm actually thinking of purchasing the Force power from Savage Spirits. Of not, Queg can still volunteer to be part of the night watch, as long as he and Lalam can retrieve their speeder bikes/gear first.
(again, if I roll anything wrong, correct me, please?)
Queg's Conflict : 1d10 8
Destiny Pool roll : 1eF 1 Dark Side
Edited by ProphytOkay, Naught has 40 XP to spend. 25 of that will go to buy the second Force Rating talent in the Sage tree. Assuming she has an opportunity to commune with Arkady, the other 15 will be spent on Control upgrades for Influence.
At this point, I'm wondering if I shouldn't pick up the Healer tree next to help us a bit with recovery, rather than going into Niman Disciple.
Morality : 1d10 8
I'm fine waiting for the Morality roll. I'm not clear on the Morality rules, so if there was no conflict do I even roll?
30XP is pretty generous for just showing up, but I'll take it
I'll wait to post Queg and Lalam heading off to their campsite until after the others have had a chance to greet them
Richard, I find in playing Larik his morality is hewing closer to Enthusiasm/Recklessness than the original one I chose of Pride/Arrogance. Would it be appropriate and acceptable to change it?
Morality
:
1d10
2
Morality now 64. Inching ever closer to attaining paragon status.
Lalam has been updated, took Touch of Fate, Natural Enforcer, and the Coordination upgrade for Enhance.
Prophyt- conflict is something you gain during a session which affects the roll at the end of each session to see if your Morality goes up or down, so they are linked although not the same they are very closely connected.
Sonovabith- that sounds like a great idea, enthusiasm and Recklessness do fit Larik much better at the moment.
Everyone- I am comfortable with you spending XP any time during play, I think it can make a lot of sense due to the circumstances your character could find themselves in. If you feel like it's something that you need at the time then learning while doing is common.
Morality : 1d10 2 Morality now 64. Inching ever closer to attaining paragon status. Destiny Pool : 1eF 2 Light Side
That's the stuff!
Better start testing your Moral code a little bit more then perhaps?
Still finalizing my XP purchases. I have a feeling I'll be drilling down pretty hard into my lightsaber tree. And probably another rank of perception, because, yeah.
Edited by sonovabithI won't be able to do much XP spending until I get home from work. So...an hour and a half?

My understanding on the morality roll is regardless of what happened in session you roll a d10 at the end of the session and subtract any conflict you accrued from the session from whatever number you rolled. For example, If I accrued 3 conflict last session and my d10 roll was 2 then I'd reduce my morality score. I didn't accrue any conflict, so I simply add my 2 to my morality score. If you're a light or dark sider, then different things happen at the beginning of each session if you have a specific high or low morality score. Page 6 of this helps explain some of it too. Plus if your morality score is 70 or better you automatically add a light side destiny point to the pool. If your a darksider you automatically flip a light side point to dark at the start of the session.
Edited by sonovabithYeah, my local game's GM wasn't too sure about morality other than using dark side pips to generate force power gives you conflict (we're playing a game encompassing all 3 core rulebooks, I'm the only Jedi character as well as the only person who owns the F&D CRB). So, despite my character just short of outright murdering one or two NPCs, we were a little confused as to his morality continuing to increase...THEN I read the morality and conflict section of the GM chapter in F&D to discover how incorrectly we were managing conflict lol
Anything I need to do.
(Also, man I need to get on here more often...)
Here's a puzzler for you: can improved parry be parried? Improved parry allows you to deal base lightsaber damage against an opponent which generates a despair or three threat on an attack. So then would they be able to activate parry to reduce the incoming lightsaber damage they triggered?
XP spent. I purchased the Farsight Force power from Savage Spirits. So overpowered for my character |D

According to the full description of Parry, it takes place immediately after step 3 of combat on a turn (after damage is calculated, but before soak is applied). Threats and Despair aren't resolved until combat step 5
