Yep
The Shadows Mark OOC
Okay. 38 is "Stinger: increase the difficulty of the character's next check by one"
Oh, that's actually applicable. I'll treat it as slowing down what it will do next
I'll get an IC post up here shortly
Lalam didn't actually make it to an extinguisher, correct? Larik will run over to it and attempt to put out Naught. What do I need to do so?
If the thing is really dead, I suggest we heal up, each get into a TIE and fly off with them, taking out any TIEs on the ground if we have to
Then we can hide out with the runts for a bit, and take it to the Krogan stronghold.
FYI:
Giant Dragon: "Maw"
Its basically an oversized Rancor with a nasty breath... you guys did well.
Criminy...
Queg hugs himself and cries.
So...how about that fire extinguisher? Is there burn cream in the first aid box? Extra stimpacks? Can we get Naught moving?
Queg has 5 stimpacks on his belt. He'll lend a few
Medicine can be attempted. Everyone can recover Strain. The usual stuff. Then you need to finish whatever plans you have, Ties, Equipment etc... just remember right now a bunch of runts are waiting with the Imperials expecting you to return and rescue them from slavery you sold them into. Leave them? That's Conflict right there.
Queg needs to get his speeder bike and rifle as well. Which will be difficult with the Imperial camp on high alert. I suggest some strafing runs to force the Imps indoors so he can get his stuff
Didn't the runts climb up with us? I seem to remember sonovabith making an Athletics check for them.
Wasn't that the 2 that are BFF with Lalam? I'm busy now, but I'll go back and check later.
Yeah, I was pretty sure the runts all came with us.
Okay, Lalam jabs Naught with stimpack after stimpack...with a look of "why aren't these working?" on his face as he does so. This is all Lalam knows about medicine. If I calculate correctly, Naught is at 8 over threshold, so 3 stimpacks should do 4+3+2=9.
Lalam recovers a measly 1 Strain:
Ding dong, the witch is dead : 1eP+2eA 1 success, 1 advantage
Breathe. Calm down : 1eA 0 successes
Well...
In any case, Queg wants to power down the TIE weapons and search the monster's body for hunting trophies and anything of value
Interesting. Perception, Medicine or Xenology
How long do you want to spend looking?
Off topic: Red Bull Rampage was more insane this year than I thought possible, wow I would love to go to that one year.
Simple? Or will there be a difficulty. Queg will spend, I dunno, at least a few minutes searching
Ok Average difficulty then, with a setback for that "is it really dead? No really... really really?" feeling
Gotcha. Hopefully this isn't miserable. Going for Perception.
If you use that threat to cause strain, Queg will pass out
