Not excited about that one
The Shadows Mark OOC
Lalam is not charming, but he did "make friends" earlier. I guess I just want them to know that when we talk to the Imperials about "our slaves" it's all a ruse. I don't want them feeling sold out. So whatever that would be...
Because of your good relationship with them the base difficulty will be Easy.
Charm, would give you a free upgrade to your positive dice, but 2 setback for the possibility of backfire. APDSS
Leadership and Negotiate both would have 1 Boost and 1 Setback. AABDS
Or
You could talk to them in a rough and bullish kind of way, using Coercion, but it's going to be riskier. 2 Upgrades and 1 Setback. APPDCS
I haven't taken into account any talents.
Thanks, and I'll flip a DP:
Congenial as this scarred face can be : 2eP+1eD+2eS 3 successes
whafrog: what would Lalam think of Queg's apparent descent to the Dark Side?
So I think at this point we're just waiting for the imperials to get us to the downed ISD and to see what happens with Queg, yeah?
I think so.
Yep. Busy day driving yesterday, I'll post in a couple of hours
In the meantime, I'm marathoning the prequel trilogy, because apparently, I enjoy self-torture
Queg isn't the only one turning to the Dark side
lol
I really just want to watch Attack of the Clones, but my OCD won't let me watch one without watching all of them
I really just want to watch Attack of the Clones,
You really are a masochist.
XD I just like the coliseum fight with all the Jedi
whafrog: what would Lalam think of Queg's apparent descent to the Dark Side?
Lalam has no idea about the Dark Side. He views all this talk of the Force as mumbo jumbo. All he knows is sometimes he's lucky, and sometimes, especially when he gets mad, he's stronger than he looks.
-------------
...and, I like the PT better than the OT.
I think it depends on which trilogy you watched first growing up
Queg is in the workshop, what does he want to do?
Everyone else has just arrived in the hanger.
What's on the belt he took from the stormtrooper, and is there a computer nearby he can use to search for a quick, stealthy way out?
Looking around the room there are steel air ducts up high, you could probably pop a grill off then climb into it. Otherwise there is a computer thats got some kind of login screen showing> there is also a full workshop of all kinds of tools.
On the belt was a Stimpack and spare clip.
I don't think I'm really need any tools, but it might be useful to grab some for my companions to use. The climb would take too much time I think and be too obvious, so Queg will just try to sneak through the ship
ok. he opens the door upon a corridor. one end opens into the hanger, the other end at a Turbo Lift, with a few more doors on either side of the corridor.
Okay, slowly make my way up the corridor towards the...turbolift, checking each intersection before I go through it. (i briefly considered stealing the TIE, but figured I'd stolen enough Imperial hardware for one day)
I think it depends on which trilogy you watched first growing up
Nope.
Ok. as you move up the corridor you hear a vehicle rumble into the hanger behind you. There are no intersections, its a small corridor.
I just mean I don't want to walk past the open door of,a,room filled with card playing Stormtroopers. Get in the turbolift, calling it,first if,need be, and push the up button.
I think it depends on which trilogy you watched first growing up
Nope.
i just wish there had been better character development in the PT, i often feel like characters do stuff "just because". I really dig the premise, that the Republic and Jedi Order had grown complacent, had lost touch with the galaxy around them. but the execution bugs me. The visuals are far superior for sure.
