Oh. Must have been something from pre-Queg adventures. I remember reading about the holocron thing in IC, but not here in OOC. Plus, I don't think Queg knows about the holocron or the "mentor". At least, he hasn't been told about them

But it appears Larik does know the rank insignia. Can I use the advantage to add a setback to his next check? Narratively, he's caught off guard by some guy wandering around a backwater planet with a bunch of aliens knowing what the imperial rank insignias mean.

EDIT: If not, I'll use it to reduce Larik's strain. I have a feeling he'll need every point of it available.

Ok. Well it's straight Intelect anyway Just like all other knowledge skills.

Guy in uniform is a Navy Junior Commander, although has a 3rd Code cylinder for some reason. The big dude in Laminate is a Sinior Stormtroopers Captain with the Special designation of Gunnery Corps.

Hmm...I'd say "shoot em up, shoot em up, pow pow" but that would get Queg killed in a hurry. Are there any actions he can take to conceal his position?

You are already well concealed. There is the choice of gun and run to another location to gun again, sniper movie style. You could attempt to get into the AT-ST while everyone is distracting each other. You could try sneaking into the ISD itself. Or just do nothing

Let's try sneaking to the AT-ST, though it seems kinda cheap if he manages to successfully get there. If he's leaving his sniper nest, he'll leave the rifle and take the bow with him

Ok. The overview is that the commander will meet the mechanic for a quick chat, close to the walker. You could jump from a building to be on top of it, or sneak through the buildings and climb the ladder up onto it.

First one sounds more dangerous, but possibly has fewer chances to be seen. Check?

I think Stealth, it's Agility based so represents the jumping part, and also trying to not get seen. Hard with an upgrade 2 setback and a Boost. Upgraded for weather (risk of slipping) setback for number of troops and boost for the height your at.

The threat is a simple strain as you grab a hot exhaust pipe when you land. How's the triumph going to change the scene to your favour?

How about when Queg climbs into the pilot seat, the AT-ST is already fully powered up with the weapons systems activated?

Sounds good to me. Still not in the walker, but it's all ready and waiting.
