You get a Medicine check each Encounter. So if Naught is willing, I'm able.
I'll also use my last stimpack and recover 5 wounds.

Here you go, recover 2 wounds and that one point of strain:
Thanks. So according to Queg, how long before the Imperials intercept us? And what are we going to do when they arrive? Ambush, take their vehicles, dress in their uniforms, and raid the facility? I get the sense that we are vastly outnumbered, and best we could do is maybe a hit-and-run on a supply cache. Or perhaps I'm overthinking the opposition.
Queg is following radio silence, in case the Imperials are monitoring local communications, sooooo....
Well, since we haven't talked to Queg, I think we'd probably just continue heading toward the ISD, hoping it's mostly deserted or just has a small force around it. We don't know it's quite as robust as it is. Frankly we didn't think this through too much and just kind of set off, so I'm comfortable just flying by the seat of our pants here and hoping we can get somewhere with them.
Most of the signs Queg left are probably accidental from his miserable 24+ hours of travel lol
I think this would be a great opportunity to have a social combat with these guys, let's have some cool checks. Queg can get involved here via com link if he wants to help feed the other PC's information from the ISD. Otherwise I have something planned for him.
Cool check for cool people:
Cool calm and collected : 2eA+2eP 2 successes, 6 advantage
Hanging with the Cool big brother : 1eA+1eB 0 successes, 2 advantage
Yes Officer No Officer I'm not cool officer : 2eA 0 successes, 2 advantage
Lalam is not cool, but...hmm, not bad:
So uncool : 2eA 2 successes, 1 advantage
Yeah, well that's at least part of what Larik was hoping to convey with "the look."
Queg, you jumping in over comlink or letting us handle this?
Lalam jumps down from the truck and saunters over to join Larik
Can Larik discern the rank of the guy who's speaking?
First. How far is Queg from the group approaching the AT-ST. Second, would a deception check be needed if Queg radios the group with an outright lie in order to throw off the Imperials?
I just had a wonderful, terrible idea...
The full complement of Stormies could put a serious dent in number of slavers...
Oh no...
I'm thinking Naught could respond to the officer's statement by pointing out that while the Empire has many resources, their choice for their base of operations implies logistical troubles that we could help them with until said resources can be brought to bear. However, if sonovabith has a cunning plan for Larik to enact, I can hold back to let him get it rolling.
My plan was to tell the Imp that we've heard they've had troubles with a certain base not too far away and that we could provide a knowledgeable ground force to distract from their air assault. We use the battle as a distraction to free the slaves. Enemy of our enemy and all that jazz.
Larik can see he is in charge, Average Knowledge Warfare to get more than that.
Queg is at Extreme from the Hanger doors, Long from the middle of the ramp and Medium from the walker.
Deception would work, or perhaps Knowledge Warfare to know what to say.
Definitely trying to convince them to "help" is possible, some checks will be required. Strain threshold will be the indication of how well you succeed.
I don't see Knowledge (Warfare) on my sheet. Is that a skill from AoR?
Edited by ProphytYep. The Holocron you guys have makes it a career skill. But straight Intelect
Yup. Does having the Krogan kinda holocron give me any boost to knowledge warfare? Basically, I want Larik to read his rank insignia and address him by his rank.
You would need to activate the Holocron... In front of the officer.
