AFAIK Esdevium (UK) is "tasked" with handling Organized Play in Europe, and they ship tournament kits all over the continent. Maybe try to get in touch with them directly (they will talk B2B, so you need to get a store owner to do this)?

I think Bergsala Enigma is responsible for Scandinavia and the Benelux for one.

Everything has a cost. I'm sure you are personally a nice person but this is a much larger issue and Disney or any other United States based company will probably not be very interested in listening to your plea.
Pretty sure this has nothing to do with that, SIngapore and Malaysia don't have an army big enough to invade people and FFG doesn't care much for us either.

Exactly.
Also, these waves were published with enormous delay (wave 2 was released last year), and Russian license holder has no plans to localize any X-wing products (majority of Russian players got English versions of 1-2 wave products and Russian X-wing "had a poor sales"). Russian license holder not bother with any community building and official tournaments and any support. There are small company consisting of two men, that builds community and organizes tournaments and leagues on whole Russia (that, you know, vast country).
