My friend has been running this list for the last month. It has taken me kinda by surprise, as I'm used to him running Imp aces and now have to chew through two Decis to win.
RAC w/Predator
Oicunn w/Mara Jade, Intimidation, Anti-Pursuit Lasers, and Dauntless
Oicunn is just a beast when he hits something/something hits him.
Mara looks good on first glimpse, and goes well with Oicunn. But the ships that would suffer from stress (like Fel) don't get one (most of the times they are already stressed due to ptl) and the other ships really don't care that much - you might be able to deny a couple of k-turns from a swarm, but you really shouldn't be that close to swarms to start with :-)
Intimidation is another card that looks great on Oicunn, but the Decimator is easy to outmaneuver, against good players you will get like one base contact during a game. I had great success with Expert Handling on Oicunn, especially when paired with Intel Agent. All the sudden you have quite a number of ships that bump you :-)
APL really is a nice card, but it should just deal the damage it rolls (ie critical). I ran double deci in a tournament and out of 7 APL attack rolls there was no hit! I had other games before were I scored an hit almost everytime a ship bumped into my Deci though. I've come to the conclusion that ion is better on Oicunn, because the chances for a point of damage are equal plus you deny k-turns and other fancy movement stuff and there's a 50% chance to deal another guaranteed damage the next turn (unless he can BR into freedom, but those could be countered by own BR)
