So my friend and I have done several Armada games, and so far we've been upping the ante with each game. I however am curious on the stands you can attach these little cardboard things at the base of the connection point with odd symbols, numbers, and rebel/empire logos....what in the deuce are those?

The Rebel / Empire Symbol is to Nominally Designate you Flagship.

The Numbers are if you have multiples of a type of Ship - again, to Designate which is which, as the Oval number goes on your Ship card.


And they come in Black and White so if both you and your opponent are running 3 VSDs, you can tell whose is whose and which has the most damage, etc.
