A while back I randomly found the perfect solution.
It was hiding behind some paints at a local store. Ranges from 0-40. Perfect for skirmish.
I plan on decorating it a bit to snazz it up. Might cut up some of the superfluous unique character cards I have and decorate the dial with the artwork from the cards.
