I ran a very similar list at a store championship last weekend. I had the same exact thought about the ISD/VSD combo to get a reliable OLP trigger on a ship that can survive (unlike a Raider). I also had SW-7 Ion Cannons on the ISD, so you're doing a guaranteed four damage with blue dice plus whatever you roll on the reds.

The TIEs will not be much help, though. Even a light fighter build (Jan Ors and two/three X-Wings) won't have much trouble taking them out, and they don't have the strength to slow up an Intel-bubbled bombing group. At least not without very careful placement.

Other than that, pretty solid. You'd have to be very unlucky to fail on the OLP trigger with Vader re-rolls.

Looks good to me however the only thing I don't like is how high in points you are. With Demolisher and a OLP combo you are gonna want first turn. Just as reegsk said your toes are gonna do much other than just get in the way of other squadrons and help you with deployment so I would just drop one because that odd number is gonna be placed last anyways during deployment and save yourselves 8 points for 390/400 which would give you a better bid. However I have seen some players drop as low as 385/400. Just depends on your meta.

That's an excellent point about Demolisher, too. If you go first, you can fly Demolisher up against a ship that's already activated and give it one arc, then double-arc it first next round and fly away before you take any shots. 10 black dice is a tough pill for any ship to swallow.

Changed out the squadrons, made them adv for more hull. Also gave me a 6 point bid.
