I know that there are many changes to heroes and monsters that were included in the Conversion Kit, when they later on have been part of expansions. Under the useful links section, I found the excellent summary for monsters, that allow me to use the changed stats for them, but I weren't able to find something similar for the heroes. Any tips on where I could find that would be most appreciated!

Something could probably be put together for the heroes to show the differences.

Is it the intent that the H&M pack not replace the ones from the conversion kit? My thought was that they do. If you look at the rules for a H&M pack it says to return anything from the conversion kit to the game box which I believe means remove from the game. You could argue that "Jas the exile" is not the same as "battlemage jaes" but...

Additionally, regarding why this hasn't been put in an errata, it's because the hero and monster packs are not 'updated cards' from the coversion kit, they are a separate product. That is, the existence of 'Jaes the Exile' (Crown of Destiny) does not prohibit or invalidate the use of 'Battlemage Jaes' (Conversion Kit.) While it's probably a bad idea to use them both in the same quest, it could be done.

Gonna have to correct you there (for once), the H&M rules explicitly states: "Add the new Monster cards, Hero sheets, and monster and hero figures to their respective supplies. Then, if using components from the Conversion Kit, remove the heroes and monsters with the same name as those in this expansion and return them to the game box."
