When activated does each adjacent trooper get to make their own choice or does the trooper that activates ERG choose what everyone does?

I believe that each figure chooses which benefit to get, but I don't actually have any argument to really support it. Anyone?

Also, figures take actions individually. It is a special action.

Like Mike, I think each figure makes a their own choice of which effect they get, but it honestly could go either way.

I think my main argument for that is that if everyone has to get the same effect, there will almost never be an occasion when you would rather discard harmful conditions from everyone rather than heal everyone.

I side with each trooper may choose one or the other.
