I'm between 2 lists for an upcoming tournament. Any advice to offer - I haven't played a store tournament in quite some time...

List 1: 99 pts

Poe + VI, R2D2 & Autothrusters

Dash + HLC, Outrider, Kyle, PTL, EU & Prockets

List 2: 100 pts

Poe + VI, R2D2 & Autothrusters

K-wing (warden) + TLT & Tactician

K-wing (warden) + TLT & Tactician

Any thoughts on what might be a better choice? I don't really have a preference. Or any changes you might make? Thanks in advance!

I've flown a similar Poe K-wing list, I found it hits hard and has a lot of hit points to burn through. With Poe being the go to Rebel pilot it does well.

Hmmm....have to say, I'm more partial towards the bottom list. Mind you, I've got a soft spot for the K Wing: simply because of Miranda Doni.

Ks are kooler

Their visual presence alone, soaring majestically on a wobbling 3 pegs so that their giant ass wings don't clip literally every ship in the game, is all the justification you need

The fact that they're awesome and don't care about stress bots or opposing aces helps

I do also like that R2D2 is not dependent on you being able to take an action to work.

I've flown a similar Poe K-wing list, I found it hits hard and has a lot of hit points to burn through. With Poe being the go to Rebel pilot it does well.

That's understandable, but Poes ability helps without using the focus. You become predictable when using R2.

Pair him up with Tuketu w/ TLT.

R5-P9 is for me the choice when R2-D2 is already on someone else, like Corran, Red Ace, or Wedge.

After all, if you are going to end up in an arc Poe can take a green and still boost. With R5-P9 you have to decide to take either the boost or the focus, so overall you lose some of the value of having PS 10. That combo works better with PtL, but that type of Poe has never been that popular.

I don't have the BTL title or the stress bot to do this otherwise the stresshog would probs be in there.
