Alright, so from the sound of the other replies here I've concluded that I'm probably just buying too many **** ships, and my VI problem is atypical and self-inflicted.
Sadly, I was going to say the same thing. I only have three of the, and that's just because I really wanted a second Firespray after S&V came out. I can't bring myself to ever buy a second Falcon. I'd never fly it, and I'm not going to pay $30 just for another copy of Draw Their Fire unless I win the lottery.
I appreciate that FFG is not only giving us extra copies of popular upgrades, but they're also updating the card art for other factions. Imperial Recon Specialists and Gunners, Rebel VI... now we just need to get some Scum up in this party.

That VI card is gorgeous. I'd actually be just as happy, or happier, to take an extra copy of that home, instead of the Iggy-C.
Does the alternative VI card look like the Pilot is holding a Xwing Challenge coin? Cause that is funny.
It's not the challenge coin. It's the medal Chewie didn't get at the end of Episode IV.

I believe technically he does get a medal and it's more of he doesn't like wearing/displaying it. Pretty sure they cover it in the comic book.

Agreed. Whilst I'm happy that they're coming up with a Rebel themed VI card, the actual artwork they've chosen is a little on the disappointing side.

Huh. I never realized I only have 3 copies of VI if they only come with the Falcon and Firespray. Those ion acrylics look sweet.
Since I don't like wasting money, and I don't want anything from the Millennium Falcon or Slave I other than Veteran Instincts, I had resigned myself to only ever using a proxy copy, and substituting Adaptability (from an expansion I do want) in tournaments as a lame budget version.
Then the spring kit was announced.
So I know some of you buy 2 of every expansion and are drowning in copies of every card printed so far, but for those of us with small collections and/or a budget, this is really big news .
And if I somehow win that G-88C, then I guess I will just have no choice but to buy an Aggressor to pair with that sweet art.
I'm actually not too excited for these...I do want the IG-88 because I love Iggy, but I usually fly B&D...And I like the rebel/imp crest coin better too.
Not to mention I'm pretty well-stocked for acrylic ion tokens...
I'm going to see about setting up a Hangar Bay tournament at my LGS once we get a one of these kits. I think the idea behind the Hangar Bay tournament is pretty cool and would be a enjoyable day.

Sure would be swell if private gaming clubs could order these for tournaments instead of just retailers. ..
I get your point, and wish there was a way. But that the same time I can see why FFG doesn't want individuals to buy them. So there would need to be some way to prove your a club, and not just some guy who wants all the shinies.
I have to admit alt art vi looks good even if it is a dirty rebel scum pilot on the card.
This is the first kit since they started with upgrade cards where I really want it and the pilot though I normaly take B and D sometimes I do run C and D. Token not bothered I don't think I have used the one from the last time ion was in, but better than dice bags.
Definitely glad to see a non-B IG-88 (we get it, he's the best, but they're ALL good).
