I'm wondering if anyone is experiencing a recent lack of customer care now that the requests go through Asmodee. I bought an R&V set and discovered it was missing the aggressor fighter so I placed the request through the website-it's going on 2 weeks now with no response, while a couple months ago my request for replacement of a messed up stand was turned around in less than a week. I sent a follow up e-mail, similarly no response.
Anyone else experiencing this too?
