Store championship season is upon us! And for many of you this is the first step on the road to Worlds! The Guardtower is proud to be holding a store championship this year to help you brave pilots hone the skills you will need to survive those battlefields on the road to worlds.

Also we will be having our first X-wing "(Re)Painting" contest as a side event, with $10 store credit as the prize for winning! Winner will be determined by secret ballot that attendees will use to vote. Entry to the repainting contest is free, and each participant may enter only one ship, of their own, to the contest. Ships entered must be official FFG X-wing models. You may still use your entry in your games at the tournament, there will be a table to display them between games and during breaks for all to see!

For this event we will also be accepting preregistration. A sign up sheet will be available at the front desk of the store and call in registration will be accepted as well. A waiting list will be taken in the case of a full roster.

Event: Guardtower Store Championship

Location: The Guardtower, Columbus Ohio

Date/Time: March 20th, doors open at 10am, all entries must be received by 10:30, round one will start at 10:45am. Please be on time!

Format: 100pt Standard, Competitive

Players: 32

Entry cost: $5, or purchase of an X-wing expansion or accessory the day of the event.

Prizes:

1st place - Champions Plaque, and Round One Bye at the Regional of your choice.

Top Four - Challenge coin

Top Eight - Acrylic range ruler

Participation - C-3PO Alternative art card

Fly Casual Awards - $15 Store credit. One for Players Choice winner, one for Judges Choice winner
