So, my Brother, REALLY likes Bossk, and his good ol YV-666. we were wrapping up a game, and Corran and Poe had just killed Bossk, winning me the game. Just for fun, I gave Bossk one final Volley (not shot, VOLLEY!) Corran had full health, rolled 3 blanks, and Died! THATS 5 HEALTH PEOPLE! anyway, it was a good game. have you guys had any ridicoulous Bossk kills?

Bossk can be brutal. I nearly killed a Y-wing in 1 shot with him. At range 1 I rolled naturally 2 hits 1 crit and a focus. I was running Calculation so I turned that focus into a crit. He didn't roll an evade so that made it 4 hits and a crit. The crit of course was direct hit, so 6 damage from one attack.

I one shotted a full health defender with bosk before.

I witnessed game last Saturday where a-wing prototype pilot with stress token (so without any actions) made one-shot for Soontir Fel with focus and evade tokens and full health.

I've one-shotted both Corran and Whisper, using Marek Steele /w Adv. Homing. >

I did field Bossk yeterday and tore a lightly wounded Biggs off the board with a 5 hit volley.

It was glorious, die Biggs DIE!

I was hoping this thread was going to tell the tale of Adv Homing Missiles (ie Corran killers) actually getting that magical 1-shot Direct Hit through on a pristine Corran.

I just dropped a direct hit proton bomb on an Echo last night. PS 10 Boba ftw.

I've lost a phantom to a proton bomb before, believe me that that sort of thing only happens to you once before you pay special attention to bombs.

My most ridiculous kill (sorry it's not with Bossk) was probably with a bandit shooting at a full health, cloaked, tokenless Whisper from range 2. Jan Ors pilot gave the bandit the extra die needed to cut through the phantom's shields and deliver a direct hit.

The most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of was a Firespray dying from two X-Wing shots, one took off the shields and the other gave it three direct hits. Sometimes this game is cruel XD

This doesn't involve Bossk or Corran, but is definitely worth sharing: Opening engagement of the final match of a friendly tournament puts Soontir w/ token sprinkle and Jake w/ Prockets and focus in arc range one, both PS 9, Soontir shoots first spends one focus and gets four hits and Jake whiffs on green, but gets to simultaneously fire prockets and scores five hits on Soontir, who also whiffs his green rolls. My opponent and I had to stop for a minute to fully process what had just happened. What a way to start the game!

What ordnance did you use?

Primary weapons. Expose, Opportunist, Jan ors hawk, and Esege. 2 Primary, 1 Expose, 1 Opportunist, 1 Jan. Focus from esege, decent roles with the 2 point damage crit and blank/focus green dice. A beautiful thing.

I've one-shot Vader with Bossk. He used Barrel Roll + Boost to try to arc dodge but missed it by a hair, so Bossk got a range 1 shot against token-less Vader. Didn't even need Direct Hits, just Bossk's ability (and Vader rolling no natural evades).
