I live in Bulgaria and i'd like to buy something from G2A. However, if i click on Bulgaria as my location there's a 20% VAT. Basically, can i just choose something else like EU Business or i am obliged to pick my true location? Will i still get the game if i don't? Thanks!

Hate to break it to you, man - but A) FFG (as far as I know) isnt G2A, B) The Powers that Be around here rarely never post and C) I think this is the entirely wrong forum. So yeah - we're not going to be much help for you.
