Yes, exept maybe some of the free action ones.

Don't worry you aint blind, but it is mentioned in the errata. With the exception of resist possesion a psyker can only manifest one power in a given round (although the can have multiple powers active by sustaining those that are already active as applicable). I would guess this is to stop pyskers using every free action power they have repeatedly until all of them passed.
This is the same erratum point that also clarifies that the focus power action is counted as a standard attack action for determining what else a psyker may do in a round. It confused me for a while so I'll mention that it causes problems if you read it to mean that it counts as if they have used the standard attack half action regardless of the power actually manifested (divine shot and the inability to make a single shot is one such example). The focus power action will still be the same action type as whatever power being manifested but also count as a standard attack. However, the important point to remember (that I forgot) is that only duplicate half actions are prohibited (e.g. you can quick draw two pistols or dodge twice with a talent etc.) so the result is that of the example given, a psyker cannot use a half power and use a standard attack in the same round but free action powers and a standard attack are fine.
So you can't, for instance activate Unnatural Aim and then shoot in one round?

As per current errata? Nope.

Thank goodness for house rules then hey? ![]()
I prefer to think that offensive action would count as an attack action and a non-offensive action wouldn't.
Note that almost all such buffing powers are in effect until the end of your next turn, so a psyker could manifest them from cover, then shoot in the next round and back into cover again.
I'd consider Divine Shot a little too strong otherwise.
thanks for all the help. i will relay this information to my gaming crew.

Divine Shot can still be manifested in the turn it is used, since it is a Free Action and doesn't trigger the "no two Half-Actions of the same type" restriction. Likewise Precognitive Strike.
The three have a nice balance, since Precognitive Strike and Unnatural Aim can add degrees of success to Full Auto, which is usually more powerful than a single shot. They can also be stacked with an Aim Action (but not each other).
Also, it's been unofficially stated by TS Luikart that you more or less need an attuned weapon to use with Divine Shot, and it really can't be used with Heavy Weapons.
(I might let it be used in RT with a ship, once you've made really good friends with the Machine Spirit and agree not to use elsewhere).
The rules say you cant use a two of the same action in a singel turn (does this help)?
Anyway I generally let the psyker use a single free action psychic move in addition to the half or full action psychic moves. But I cannot imagine the bad stuff that happens if you used two half action full psychic moves every turn.
(Last game the psyker made two 9 roles on his power dice, imagine if he got to roll 8 dice a turn... with bad luck thats 9 nines
)
On a notemy psyker currently has 3or4 fate points and had to use all of them to stop himself from first becoming a demon host and then from killing himself because I ruled he felt the imminent warp take over but wasnt being possessed. ( a bit in reverse to normal I know but I wanted him to sweat a little... made the gaem fun for everyone)
