So I just wanted to clarify some statements.

1. OL can attach "monster relics" from MoR expansion to lieutenant (could he attach normal relic too?)

2. OL can give lieutenant monster traits like "Dark", "Cursed" via corresponding plot cards.

3. OL can play enchanter cards on lieutenant.

1. I would say you can attach a monster relic to a lieutenant, but you can't attach both a regular relic *and* a monster relic to a lieutenant, as the one relic limit remains in place.

2. I would say yes, you can give them traits via plot cards.

3. I would say yes, you can enchant lieutenants.
