Can you declock while ionized? Before you reveal your maneuver declock ion says you do not set a maneuver

The ship does not reveal a maneuver. It cannot decloak.

Yes it can.

From the FAQ:

Q: Can a ship decloak if it is ionized?

A: Yes. Because decloaking occurs at the start of the activation phase, a ship may decloak regardless of whether a dial is assigned.

The reference card was also updated to change when Decloak happens from before revealing your dial, to before any ship has revealed their dial.

It can also Decloak if it is stressed.

It used to be that you could not decloak while ionized because decloaking used to occur "before you reveal your maneuver dial". When they changed the decloaking rules a knock-on effect was that an ionized ship was suddenly able to decloak, because decloaking no longer relied on revealing a dial.

It could not decloak before Decloak was changed, though.
